The notion of eating beef patties, is quite revolting!

Just recently, I read from an internet friend, Ken, in Australia. Beef patties in burgers contain just 2% meat? ...... people may becoming vegetarian and not know it? Still, it does ask the silent question ....... "if it's not meat, what is it"?

We have two brains, one is in the skull the other is in the gut.

Really, the best way to lose weight is by being vegetarian, drinking water and taking regular exercise. Especially after evening meal. Obviously a good amount of sleep; allows the body to do it's function, while in a state of slumber.
